This is a cute vintage silk Haori from the 1920s. It is red and cream striped with a floral print. Black silk collar and lined in solid red silk. Very long sleeve length. No inner ties, this may have been a long kimono at one time that has been shortened to haori length. It is in excellent condition apart from some very faint foxing in the cream stripes, see last photo. 

Measurements are approximate, taken flat and then doubled where necessary.

Length from shoulder to hem: 32 inches
Around body when measured flat and hanging open: 40 inches, will fit much smaller if held shut like shown in photos on dress form - This is a very small size.
Sleeve to sleeve width: 44 inches
Sleeve length: 29 inches
